Appearance Deep and intense cherry-red colour, expressing its freshness and youth.

Nose Opening with notes of black olives, the garrigues and underwoods, evolving to hints of blackberry, bilberry and cherry, giving the wine a beautifully balanced complexity of aromas.

Palate Gentle tannins associated with a pleasant freshness offer a harmonious mouthfull, whilst ripe cherry and red fruit aromas partake in the lingering smoothness.

At the table The 2006 vintage is soon to reach the peak of its maturity. Best uncorked or poured in a carafe a couple of hours before serving in order to let it exhale all of its character.
